We achieve 0.005mm tolerance for hydraulic parts. When we heat-treat large parts, some distortion happens. But we use special methods to prevent this. Other companies cannot match our precision.

Unique Lapping Technology

We use lapping with abrasive slurry for flat and mirror-finish surfaces. Our precision reaches 1 micron. This is the same level as silicon wafer processing.

We have over 150 machines: NC lathes, machining centers, 5-axis machines, automatic lathes, grinders, washers, and inspection equipment. We handle everything in-house, from small orders to mass production.

Our new CNC lathe completes 2 processes that previously required 2 machines. We reduced delivery time from 7 days to 4 days.
