Making hydraulic parts for construction and agricultural machines.

Main Duties:

  • Operating NC lathes and machining centers
  • Processing and assembling parts
  • Inspecting products and checking quality
  • Helping with machine maintenance, etc.

“A Job Where I Feel Achievement in Manufacturing”

I love manufacturing. The best moment is when I think “I did it!” I feel proud when the finish looks perfect.
The good thing about this workplace is flexible hours. They understand when I need sudden time off. It is easy to work here.
My advice to new people: “Try your best for 3 years.” You will get used to the work. You will build focus and mental strength naturally.
Many foreign workers are here. Working with them makes you stronger mentally.

7th Year, Myanmar (Leader):
“A Place Where I Grow by Taking More Responsibility”

I have almost no complaints about this workplace. Now I lead a team of 10-15 people.
I don’t decide everything alone. But I can make more decisions now. This gives me satisfaction.
On days off, I play games and soccer with dormitory friends. We have enough people to make one team at MOZU. We play matches against other company teams. I play defense and enjoy it.
Friends from Myanmar sometimes feel confused at first. The job may be different from what they studied in university. Japanese culture and work style are new to them.
But for language, they learn by talking with seniors and Japanese staff. Language problems get better with time.

5th Year, Thailand (Inspection):
“A Workplace Where Kindness Helps Me Grow”

I do inspection work. It was hard at first, but I am used to it now. When I notice a quality problem, I feel “I can do this job.” This makes me happy and motivated.
During breaks, we share snacks and fruit. I like this friendly atmosphere.
The good thing about MOZU is many people care about you. The factory manager and managing director ask “Are you OK?” and “Tell me if you have any problems.”
At first, they looked a bit scary. But as I kept working, I felt their kindness.
